Effective Date: [September 28, 2026]
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of sindibadbody.shop (the “Website”) and the collision repair, paint, dent and related services provided by Sindibad Auto Sale LLC d/b/a Sindibad Auto Collision Dallas (“Sindibad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 7920 Mansfield Hwy, Kennedale, Texas 76060. By using the Website, requesting an estimate, or leaving a vehicle with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
1. How These Terms Relate to Your Repair Documents
Before we begin any repair, you will be asked to sign a Vehicle Repair Work Authorization (the “Repair Authorization”). The Repair Authorization, together with any written estimate, supplement, invoice, or warranty we give you, contains the specific terms for your repair. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a document you sign for a specific repair, the signed document controls for that repair.
2. Estimates
- Free estimates. Estimates are free unless we tell you otherwise in advance (for example, when disassembly or a diagnostic scan is needed to see the damage).
- Online and photo estimates are preliminary. Any price, range, or opinion given through the Website, text message, email, phone, or from photos is a non-binding preliminary figure. A written estimate can only be finalized after an in-person inspection.
- Hidden damage and supplements. Collision damage is often hidden behind panels, bumpers, and structural components. If we find additional damage after teardown, we will prepare a supplement and obtain your approval (or your insurer’s, where applicable) before performing the additional work, except as your Repair Authorization otherwise allows.
- Parts prices. Parts pricing and availability are set by suppliers and may change between the estimate and the order date.
3. Insurance Claims
- Your right to choose. Under Texas law, your insurance company may not require you to use a particular repair shop. You have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired.
- Your policy is between you and your insurer. We are not a party to your insurance policy and cannot guarantee what your insurer will approve or pay. Coverage decisions are made by your insurance company.
- Communicating on your behalf. By requesting insurance-related repairs, you authorize us to communicate with your insurer, its adjusters, and any third-party claimant’s insurer about your claim, your vehicle, and the repair, and to share photos, estimates, and repair records for that purpose.
- What you are responsible for. You are responsible for your deductible, any betterment or depreciation charges, any amounts your insurer does not pay, and any work you request that is outside the scope of the claim. We will work in good faith to resolve payment disputes with your insurer, but unpaid balances remain your responsibility.
4. Parts
Repairs may use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, aftermarket (non-OEM) parts, or used/recycled parts, depending on availability, your preference, and your insurer’s estimate. Your estimate will identify the type of parts to be used. If you want OEM parts that your insurer will not pay for, you may be responsible for the price difference. Replaced parts become our property and may be discarded unless you ask to keep them before the repair begins (parts subject to a core charge or warranty return may not be available).
5. Repair Timeframes
Any completion date we give you is an estimate, not a guarantee. Repair times can change because of parts backorders, supplement approvals, insurer delays, additional damage, sublet work (such as alignment or ADAS calibration), and weather. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including rental car or transportation costs caused by those delays.
6. Your Vehicle While in Our Care
- Road tests. You authorize our staff to operate your vehicle on public roads for road testing, sublet work, and inspection purposes.
- Personal property. Please remove all valuables and personal belongings before drop-off. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property left in the vehicle, including electronics, cash, documents, child seats, and aftermarket accessories not listed on the Repair Authorization.
- Photographs. We photograph vehicles to document damage, repairs, and insurance claims. We may also use before-and-after photos of repairs on our Website and social media, with license plates and personal information removed or obscured. If you do not want your vehicle’s photos used for marketing, tell us in writing and we will honor your request.
- Pre-existing conditions. We are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic conditions unrelated to the repair, or for failure of old, worn, or previously damaged components that we handle in the ordinary course of the repair.
7. Payment, Pickup, Storage, and Liens
- Payment due at pickup. All amounts you owe, including your deductible and any customer-pay portion, are due in full before the vehicle is released, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Pickup. We will notify you when your vehicle is ready. Please pick it up within the time stated in your Repair Authorization.
- Storage charges. Vehicles not picked up within that time, and vehicles held after an estimate is declined or a total-loss determination is made, are subject to the storage charges stated in your Repair Authorization, as permitted by Texas law.
- Possessory lien. Under Chapter 70 of the Texas Property Code, we have a lien on and may retain possession of your vehicle until the amounts due for repairs and storage are paid.
- Abandoned vehicles. Vehicles left unclaimed may be treated as abandoned and handled as permitted under Texas law, including the Texas Transportation Code and Texas Property Code, after required notices are given.
- Returned payments. Returned checks and reversed or disputed card payments for completed work may be subject to fees permitted by law and to collection.
8. Warranty
Our workmanship warranty is described in the written warranty provided with your final invoice, and those written terms control. [Sindibad warrants its workmanship and paint for as long as you own the vehicle.] Parts are covered only by the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, which we will pass through to you where available. Warranties do not cover damage from later accidents, abuse, neglect, normal wear, environmental damage (such as hail, tree sap, bird droppings, or chemical exposure), improper care, or repairs or alterations performed by anyone other than Sindibad. To make a warranty claim, contact us and bring the vehicle to our shop for inspection.

11. Disclaimers
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties concerning the Website, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This section does not limit any written warranty we provide for repair work or any right you have that cannot be waived under Texas law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sindibad will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use of your vehicle, rental or transportation costs, lost wages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or waives any rights you have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sindibad and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Website, content you submit, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new Effective Date. Changes apply to Website use and services begun after the posting date; they do not change the terms of a Repair Authorization you have already signed. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any documents you sign for a specific repair, are the entire agreement between you and Sindibad on these subjects. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
